Please take a moment to read these notes to help you enjoy your visit to Tamarind Day Spa.

• Etiquette:  We respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum. Mobile phones and other electronic devices are discouraged.
• Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates for our treatments are available. Please ask our  staff for help with your selections.
• Reservations: Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment.
• Check in: Please check in at reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
• Valuables:  The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
• Special Consideration: Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions or other medical complications, are advised to consult their doctors before using any spa services. Please highlight your medical condition to your therapist.
• Smoking and Alcohol: Out of consideration to other guests, please refrain from smoking and consuming alcohol within the premises
• Cancellation Policy:  Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for you appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice can incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a "no-show".
• Refund Policy:  Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The spa reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones requested are not available.
• Payment :  We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. For all new clients booking a service longer than hour duration we reserve the right to request payment prior to the appointed time of service.
